I had a client who was a real spam magnet with 4 accounts. They emailed
me to cancel recently. I turned off filtering on their email account and
forwarded it to their new DSL email account.
Normally I just delete the email unless they ask to have it forwarded,

Yes, it is. Just like loosing your cell phone number was a real
deterrent to changing cell carriers.
Anyone remember what the FCC imposed as an answer to that?

gaining more value or loosing it? Are you gaining coverage area or loosing

I have another problem. I have a customer with about 10 PC's
on a LAN. My config is as follows:
Mikrotik Router- sB APPO - sB aBO - to ethernet switch- to -
Trango 900 AP - Trango 900SU - (customer Equip) Linksys
DSL/Cable Firewall Router 192.168.10.nn on Wireless side,
192.168.5.5
If the router that you are re-configuring is the Linksys, I would replace it
first.

Ditch the Linksys. I have seen this happen a lot with the linksys. We
stopped using linksys because of this very thing.

of stuff. Besides paying 1500 or so for a Cisco can anyone guide me
