As the owner of the business, Marlon does not HAVE to follow OSHA
requirements, not that it wouldn't be a good thing to do so, but he
couldn't be fined...

The fall protection would be a grey area, but the hard hat would be

I took the picture, and i think Marlon was a whopping 6 or so feet off the
ground... At leat if memory serves me correctly.
As far as things falling... I think the likelyhood was the same as
lightning striking out the blue and knocking the top off the tower...
