No, you tempoarailly use those CPEs, to quickly get the subs re-installed. The CPEs are owned by the leasing company, and assuming them is theft. Do your best to find out who the leasor is, and call them to negotiate buying them on a percentage of the dollar, or take over remaining lease balan
