I just did a setup similar to this a couple days ago for a temp setup for
PGA tournament. Even though I knew better, I forgot to turn off AirMax on
all AP-Repeaters and almost pulled my hair until I remembered it.

I would try powering off the NBM2 and let them do a quick test. First
thought would be they have something wrong with their handheld, like bad
mic, poor reception with rubber duck, etc.

We had one site where shielded and UBNT poe didn't work. Lost 3 CPE in a
month. We tried a 444SS-SMT and haven't had problems since.

Yep, I have used for both. There is also another model we are trying out at
tower sites that slides into a APC surge. 444-APC

So, does anybody know OID for PPS in UBNT and Mikrotik? I have walked them but
can’t figure out what would be PPS.

So a question for the masses. We are selling VoIP services and the number
of Support Calls we get about poor performance is more than I would expect.
Our basic setup is UBNT backhauls and APs, Mikrotik infrastructure routers,
and CISCO/Linksys ATAs. Primarily Vitelity accounts. We get complaints
PPPoE, etc?
If so, AirMax will not be able to prioritize it correctly, assuming the
correct DSCP value is assigned to the traffic to begin with.

KPP if for nothing else it comes with better jumpers. KPP has N connectors on
antenna and jumper to match up to RP-SMA on Rocket. YMMV
