We used Bluesocket for many years for our guest wireless portal. It has a lot
of features including a very nice API which we used to allow our students,
faculty, and staff to create sponsored guest accounts.
We are now in the process of moving this to our Cisco WLC infrastructure, not

We have had eduroam running for a few years now and haven't really had
too many major hickups with it specifically. The most common problem is
really configuring devices for dot1x, they are all different and some
can be quite painful. We have trialled Xpress connect and plan to get
