We use Solarwinds NCM in a mixed environment that includes Juniper. Works well
and integrates with other products they sell.

Solution from TAC was to ssh to AP:
Debug capwap console cli
Capwap ap controller ip address {IP_of_WLC}
Is now working as should! Glad we only bought a handful of these.

Keep telling yourself that Bruce. Sounds an awful lot like the situation they
setup for Palm, and how did that work out? I think Jon Rubinstein was out in 18
months? Maybe they’ll do better with Aruba, but I I’m skeptical given HP’s
