Not sure if this is still an issue or not, but a little while back the #1
cause of complaints for Zoom were students using the Zoom app on a
Chromebook. If those students deleted the app and used Zoom via the
browser their issues went away.

We had a burst of such complaints a couple months back but couldn't get to an
exact cause after a bit of investigation. During the process we learned that
Zoom provides good troubleshooting information upon request which helped us
un-blame the network. No recent complaints.
