I recreated a simple DW template, visually identical to the original.
Applied it and the @includes work fine.
net net: Dreamweaver can be a pain

How about:
mysqldump -u [username] -p [databasename] > filename.sql
the -u is to specify the username, the -p is so that mysql prompts you for a
password.
Try mysqldump --help for more options.
