Dale, We are working on the documentation as quickly as we can. Much of the v5.5 doc still applies, although there are many differences which need to be explained, most notably in the Studio. We will get it out ASAP. ODBC on Windows should work out of the box. You will first need to setup a DSN

Do you recommend jdbc over odbc or other the other way around either for either performance reasons or other features? We saw a huge jump in performance when switching to jdbc, but didn't know if others had the same experience. Thoughts might be useful to all. Sincerely, John On 12/2/10 12:57

If you see a huge jump from odbc to jdbc, that is probably more due to the driver and the database. Some db vendors have a more robust jdbc driver and support. If odbc is setup correctly, and both drivers are equally maintained, odbc should have a slight edge on windows. On the mac, jdbc will pr
