Have you added and set
a Web Server Extension in IIS (t4iis.dll) to allowed for the Tango2000 plugin?

Couldn't find the pics, so I snapped a couple.
All of this is within the IIS MMC snap-in console to manage your web
server (found in the Administrative Tools)
Basically, you need to check two areas: application/exte
