Hi I was running the setup on an Arabic OS. Other applications dialogs were correctly displayed, only mine had this issue. I confirmed that the msi had the correct RTL bits set for dialogs. So I am not sure I am missing. If anyone can shed light on this I would really appreciate it. The link

Thanks Bob and Ed... Actually installing the msi on a machine, I see that the merge module did, in fact, get into the package. It's there post install and nothing would run without it. That's among the things that puzzles me about the warning. Thanks mark

WiX v3.5 is better but it does not take into account changes to the binaries of the project. In other words, if a .exe that gets put into a .cab changes, WiX v3.5 won't catch that. WiX v3.6 does. There are a couple bugs in incremental build that may have snuck in the last few builds but before WiX
