[WiX-users] How to remove REINSTALL=ALL property in Wix

Hi, Could you help me on this issue? My team are building a project, which need a major upgrade. But the original update service will append the REINSTALL=ALL REINSTALLMODE=vomus to the msiexec command line. I found that the major upgrade would fail if it has these properties, so is there any
