Have you looked through the MSI logs during uninstall? You can get to these
by running the uninstall via the command line.
msiexec /x {PRODUCT-GUID} /lvx* C:\product_uninstall.log

I am facing problem that when I am un-installing our product it resets
the TCP/IP settings of the machine.

1) We have tradition setup for our engine which is created in
