Mmm. Finger trouble, it was.
For debugging purposes, I have been writing intermediate results to files from
within the fortran routines. To get away with that on the mac, I

Hi Luis,
one thing you must do with Icom rigs is disable "CI-V Transceive Mode"
in the rig's SET MENU. This is necessary because that mode generate

Both show the same.

all,
in a recent chat with Michael Black, about wsjt and linux I decided to ask
the question here.
I am running opensuse leap 42.1 on a moderately slow laptop.
The version taken is wsjtx-1.6.0.r6263-1.21.x86_64
but the 'official builds' on the website also exhibits the
same issue.

Bob,
Two pass decoding is intended for use in situations with multiple overlapping
JT65 signals. The program makes two passes across the data. In the first pass
after each signal is decoded we know what symbols were transmitted. We use this
information to create a noiseless version of the rece

Hi Bob,
two pass decoding is a clever decoding process that Steve first
implemented for WSPR IIRC and then implemented for JT65. It does a
normal decoding run and then synthesises facsimiles of the decoded
signals and subtracts them
For shipping audio around within OS X, highly recommend Rogue Amoeba’s
“Loopback.”
Does the trick extremely well.

Hi Bob,
Robust sync is an experimental feature designed for use on HF where very strong
signals may cause strong AGC action. When a strong signal starts transmitting,
AGC may cause the gain to be significantly reduced. The resulting large change
in noise level at the beginning and end of a stro
Can anyone point me to Docs containing Info on some of the esoteric
