Are you able to update the src/wsjtx directory manually from the command
line?
cd C:\JTSDK\src\wsjtx
svn up
or similar commands.

What happens if you do and update from the src\wsjtx yourself?
Just do "svn update" in there and see what the error is.
Also so "svn info" and ensure the right urls are there.
