Philippe, this issue has been covered in the Readme for RC2 and RC3.  In the RC3 Readme its covered under the RC2 issues. Its also been covered in many messages here, and on the WSJT Yahoo group. Please read the Readme file as it contains MANY items concerning changes in RC2 and RC3. N
