Just had an exchange with Laurent and he has to add a TCP interface to
TRXManager. What he has now is not really for the remote control we want.
He also said USBD mode is supported.

hamlib. I'm working on improving the flrig backend right now. We (Dave W1HKJ
and I) are getting flrig and WSJT-X split mode working very happily on all rigs
and close to fruition on that (lots of changes in flrig). TR
