I’ll point out that Windows 7 only has 18 months of support left. In January
2020, it goes out of support.

CW Skimmer apparently does this with no problems, so I didn't
understand why WSJT had problems. Skimmer has a screen to select 48k,
96k or 192k sample rates which works fine with XP and the same
soundc
