I've not submitted a bug report before and hope that this email find its way to
the appropriate team members.
Recently, in the RSGB low frequency and WSJT-X user groups I've raised the
issue of the slow envelope rise times on FST4 and FST4W causing problems with
the non-lin
Hi Bob,
It a known regression issue and is corrected in new versions.
WSJT-X generated that wrong header by itself for the new wsjt-x.adi file!

the program began complaining at startup that the wsjtx_log.adihad invalid
header information or something to that effect. I may haveinadvertently caused
the problem, but here is what I found.

Excellent, Bill. Glad to hear that and thanks much for the feedback on creating

This is my first post on this group. As a new WSJT-X user am having a
lot of fun with this.
Is this list the best place for providing bug reports or is there
another preferred method?

Hi Bill,
I don't know when this started happening. I got a new antenna that
supported the higher bands and daytime operation and thought it would be

Hi Adrian,
this was a defect in recent Hamlib versions that caused rigs like the
FT-736R with no frequency query CAT command to not work correctly. I
believe it s OK in WSJT-X v2.2.2 and earlier, and the issue will be
fixed for the next release of WSJT-X.
