Hey everybody,
I am opening my x2go client via the desktop environment xfce4.
However, whenever I am on the client and type glxinfo, I get the
information that MESA is used
rather than my graphic card driver. Can I change this behavior or is it
some restriction?
Thank you in advance,
Tobi
Hi Uli,
I probably got more information:
cd /var/lib/x2go/
--> Permission denied.
ls -l /var/lib/x2go/
drwxr-xr-x 2 root x2gouser 4096 Nov 11 22:58 x2go
Actually I guess there is the problem. However, no idea why I don't have
permission rights here.
Any idea?
Tobi

Hey Uli,
thank you again for getting back to me.
I reinstalled all packages which were already installed on the system.
However, the problem still occurs.
For information purposes:
- After restarting the system the following processes are running:
x2golistsession
x2goumount
x2goclean
fine.

Dear everybody,
yesterday I updated a server which is used by my team using x2go.
The Linux update (Ubuntu 16.04 to 20.04) went well and everything is up

interface programs such as blender, paraview, or salome/freecad.
