I am trying to get Ubuntu 8.04 with AX25 running
I have the AX25 running and can see data on both ports of the KAM XL,
with axlisten. But when trying to start the port in Xastir, I get.

I'm trying to get Xastir-1.9.3 setup on a spare machine and get the
following when I run ./configure:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/xastir-1.9.3$ ./configure
checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
checking whether build environment is sane... yes
checking for a thread-safe mkdir -p..
