for the record: I removed version 0.0.3 from the gotham repo and added
0.0.4 to the frodo one.
This results in having 0.0.4 available for both: frodo and gotham.

That's the target: Version 0.0.4 should be available for frodo and gotham.
So I would suggest removing 0.0.3 from gotham repo and adding 0.0.4 to
frodo. OK with that?

gotham version must always be higher than the frodo version. no exceptions.
if you accept this PR for frodo you must remove the addons from gotham repo
else it will become confusing and it would update to 0.0.4 anyway for
gotham users as they also have frodo repo included.

Sorry for the delay. I am still not sure what would happen If I accept this
PR because it would result in having 0.0.3 in gotham and 0.0.4 in frodo
repo. The changes only include cosmetic stuff so I guess the delay is OK
for you, correct?
