Thanks, David, that works well with the Contextuals in SBL Hebrew. Actually, it does not work with Cardo, xelatex says: Package fontspec Warning: OpenType feature 'Contextuals=Alternate' (+calt) not available for font "Cardo/ICU", with script 'Hebrew', and language 'Default'. So
