Hello all,
I recently updated to XFree 4.3.0. After the update, some fonts (like
Helvetica) look a bit corrupted - as if there is no antialiasing. Any
ideas why this is happening?
Tnx,
Tom.

You have one or more bugs assigned to you in the Bugzilla
bugsystem (http://bugs.xfree86.org/) that require
attention.
All of these bugs are in the NEW state, and have not been touched
in 7 days or more. You need to take a look at them, and

I used it on kernels 2.4.18, 2.4.20 and 2.5.65.
After 2.4.20 the agpgart recognizes the chip.

Sorry, but you'll probably want to talk to the gnome people. XFree86
just handles the display and other lower-level things. The window
borders (also called decorations) are handled by the window manager
(other examples being fvwm, englightenent, windowmaker, etc.).
So, in answer to your questio

Hi!
My X11 crashed while switching from a text console to the X (Ctrl-Alt-F7).
This isn't the first time that this has happened, I've seen it many times. for
the same reason. As instructed I've made a crash report (see attachment). Learn
what you can.

For the drivers that come with XFree86, that card is only supported
by the "nv" driver in the most recent version of XFree86 (4.3).

The X-server that comes with RH 8, probably doesn't support that
