I saw another report like this a week or two ago.
It seems that the modules XFree86 needs have either
disappeared or become inaccessible. What does
"ls -l /usr/X11R6/lib/modules"
and
"ls -l /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/fonts"
say?

The server won't work without them, so if it worked you must
have had them at some point. It sounds like something deleted
them, and I have no idea what in RedHat would have done that.
Sounds like you need to reinstall XFree86.
Do they show up anywhere? Run
"locate libbitmap.a"
"locate lib

it 10 times (maybe). Today, whem I try power up, it
