None of our Internet servers was affected by the floods, all servers are
and always were up and running, we even provided mirror space for some
affected servers of others. There was some power failure, but it was
bridged by our UPS and diesel generator.

ctrlclnt.exe is correct. It's in the first section Xmail Connection
Properties Path=
Mine is Path='C:\MailRoot\bin\ctrlclnt.exe'
Also make sure that the security for ctrlclnt.exe has been set so that
the iusr_ web account
