Well, switching to the xfree glx.h instead of the nvidia glx.h seems to have worked. I just had to change #include to #include "/usr/lib/opengl/xfree/include/glx.h" in src/unix/video-drivers/gltool.h (This is a Gentoo system, they handle conflicting files in what I consider a pretty sane manner
