Hmm... My current box is a P-III 1.0GHz w/ 256MB of RAM, running KDE under RH8.0. Video card is an ATI Rage Fury 128 w/ 32 MB. I'm currently using xmame .62.2 using the command: xmame.dga -fullscreen gunbird2 it takes ~ 1:10 from the time when xmame reports that it's finished loading the ROM fil

Actually, it does run but it takes *minutes* for a window to appear - you have to be REALLY patient. Interesting. It only took like 10-15 seconds for me, which is pretty normal considering load time and everything I'm doing right now. This is on a 1.8 GHz P4 with 512 MB of RAM... [EMAIL PROTECTED
