In System info table, In compute services tab, Status is enabled/disabled
whereas in Services and Block device services, the Status is Enabled/Disabled.
IMHO, we should change the Status in compute services tab to:

This is a known issue.
The problem is all the OpenStack services does not support Keystone V3
at all. There is work on the way driven by Keystone to get other
services to start adopting V3.

If we launch the VM, the kernal_id and ramdisk_id are set to null, but actually
they should be referring to two other images according to the image properties.
