Okay, I have reproduced the error even with Zope 2.8.2-final on win32. The
same PySECURITY_ATTRIBUTES object error appears even with 2.8.2. Any ideas?

Short of not using Plone wink, see this Collector item, which I
expect is the same issue:
I just checked in a new test runner on the trunk. It is mostly backward
compatible with the old test runner. You can get help on the test runner by
running
it with -h. There is more extensive documentation in
lib/python/zope/testing/testrunner.txt.
Note that the new test runner complains if
