ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Brian Arnold is the VP of Research & Development for Interchange
Solutions.  Arnold has been developing business applications on the
Lotus platform for over 10 years, starting with development on Lotus
Notes 2.  He has been the lead developer for Maximizer Enterprise for
Notes (ME4N) since it's inception as an R4 application called CARMA
in 1996.  Brian is a Principal Certified Lotus Professional and has a
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.

Mike Stoltz is the Vice President of Consulting Services for
Interchange Solutions. Stoltz has been working with clients to build
Lotus based solutions and systems for over 9 years and joined the
Maximizer Enterprise for Notes team in 1996. With over two hundred
successful CRM implementations under his belt, Mike has seen it all
when it comes to Notes, CRM and what works or what doesn't.
