For less than 44,000, it's offering either of two Express servers installed with the AIX operating system and integrated with IBM storage and middleware. IBM chief sees global tech spending rise [Reuters] At a customer event in France, IBM CEO Sam Palmisano said companies will spend more money next year on information technology and other capital investments compared with 2004. Jeff Seemann, a congressional candidate from Ohio, is asking concerned Netizens what they think he should do on the campaign trail. Like what time he should get up, whether he should campaign door to door, what events he should attend and so on. Although Seemann is a true dark horse (think Black Beauty), his site got more than 3,000 hits one day last week.
