SCO wins round in Linux battle with IBM
[Reuters]
SCO Group Inc. gained a small victory in its ongoing lawsuit against IBM over computer software code used in Linux. A federal judge in Salt Lake City ordered IBM to turn over programming code to SCO's lawyers. SCO believes code will show that IBM took proprietary Unix code and introduced it into Linux.
