A new Internet worm, "Code Blue" has reportedly turned up in China. Blue is a lot like Red and is squirming its way through computers and servers in China. No word yet how widespread it is. And the bust turned out to be the e-mail, for that matter. A London lawyer apparently wanted to "upgrade" his secretary. He e-mailed his boss that he wanted a "real fit busty blonde" this time because of the prospective entertainment value. (Does he work at a law firm or a locker room?) But he may not get to find out if busty blondes have more fun, file better briefs or take better dictation -- Murphy's Law kicked in. Yep, the outgoing secretary, who is black, stumbled upon the e-mail. Busted! She's none too pleased and is suing the sender and another lawyer for sex and race discrimination. Both the "offending" lawyers, racked by guilt, say the e-mail was a silly joke, and they've apologized to no avail.
