According to Netcraft, the threat to the Internet is greater now than it ever has been. Recent holes in IIS and Apache Web Server have put 90% of the world's active, unpatched Web servers at risk, according to Netcraft's numbers. MICROSOFT STARTS WORK ON WEB SERVICES IN EUROPE | IDG News Microsoft did a little survey of its TechEd delegates. Survey says -- nine out of 10 IT pros and developers in Europe have Web services plans for next year.
