I didn't find an answer in the manpage, but I suppose you could issue a
'hostname foo.bar.baz' command before the build, but you might want to
have an entry for foo.bar.baz in /etc/hsots to speed things up.

Ugly, but workable.

Otherwise there is probably some specfile magic involved that I am unaware
of.
