cpanflute

Hello,

I was browsing around my system the other day and I found this program
from the rpmbuild package in seawolf:

  /usr/lib/rpm/cpanflute 

Looking at it's source, it seems to be a program that make rpms out of
CPAN packages. Very Cool. Is there any detailed documentation on how to
use this program?
