I think there isn't.

make a copy, change fixed @redhat.com email address, then
cpanflute /path/someperlmodule.tar.gz
it will produce the src.rpm in /tmp/cpan/temp (you can change this in the
script)
then 
rpm --rebuild /tmp/cpan/temp/someperlmodule/perl-someperlmodule.src.rpm
to get i386.rpm.
