Kernel - source headers?

I'm trying to compile a driver for my video card and am
getting an error from /usr/include/linux/modversions.h
"Modules should never use kernel headers...
"but headers from an appropriate kernel source"

I have 2.4.3-12 installed - where do I find these
headers?
