Well, you could follow the instructions at www.ssh.com.

If you installed from their rpm, you could try running
"chkconfig -add sshd2" to get it to run at bootup.  To start it an
already running system, try "service sshd2 start".  It is a stand alone
daemon, like sendmail, cron, lpd, etc...
