It looks like your BIOS does not allows access to the devices on the
second IDE cotroller when booting. The thing LILO was warning you about
is realy a problem on this system. Nothing you add to your lilo.conf is
going to help with that. Upgrading the BIOS may help.
You may also be able to boot the system using Grub instead of Lilo, but
I do not know for sure. I have not used it enough, or read enought, to
know exactly how it does things...
If you have a /boot partition on one of the first 2 hard drives, you
could share it between the two installations, as Lilo only needs to be
able to load the kernel, and the initial RAM disk. You could put the
files in /boot of the Guinness install, and edit lilo.conf so that it
uses them there.
