Don't know if this is any help, but ...

I have 2 ADSL connections - one static IP and the other DHCP.

My second ADSL modem (on the DHCP connection) is an
Alcatel SpeedTouch Pro (with 4 port hub)

My eventual solution (after trying to get the modem to NAT and non-NAT
at the same time - which it couldn't) was to use rp-pppoe and have my
Linux router handle which addresses should be NAT'd and which not.
Since I'm using rp-pppoe the modem is just a bridge (thus not using
it's extra functionality - but anyway Linux is better at it)
Thus with a linux firewall/router you don't get the restrictions of
the modem software causing you grief.
However, I route all outgoing traffic out the DHCP link coz it's cheaper
thus my setup would be something like what you are trying to do.

I didn't look very hard - but didn't find a PPPoA anywhere - and I
have no idea if you can get pppoe to do PPPoA.
This can be a problem if your ISP only accepts PPPoA and not PPPoE.
All ADSL in Australia ends up on ATM - no idea if this is a world
standard or not or even relevant to any other country.
