There was a perl script for this that was distributed with postfix
(IIRC). I don't know if Redhat includes it.
$ sudo cat /var/log/maillog | /usr/local/bin/pflogsumm-1.0.3.pl -d yesterday

There is a cgi interface for this too. Quite nifty.
