If you want to keep costs down, and you have an old say... PII or
even P166 laying around you could install an older version of Linux
(i.e. RH 6.1) and then use SeaWall
(http://seawall.sourceforge.net). I use it for home and it's great,
easy to configure, and free.

If you can spend a _little_ more, when my office was only 10 people
we used a SonicWall (http://www.sonicsys.com) which if I remember
correctly was well under (US)$1000 for the basic models. It was
also very easy to set up, and if your needs aren't HUGE it would
probably do just fine.
