It depends entirely on what services you want your system to act as proxy
for.  If you only want to allow web browsing, then you could close down all
ports in the Winsock proxy setup and force your client machines to use the
web proxy only for ports 80 and 443.

Otherwise, you must be selective and decide which ports you're going to
allow your clients to pass through the server...If we had some more
information on what kind of traffic you're hoping to pass, we might be able
to offer some more specific suggestions.
