GET OUT

I was in a similar situation,
I Joined the company as a junior, and worked at the networks, hardening,
upgrading and generally making nice and secure. 

It was at the stage where I would be in the middle of a support call and my
boss would call me asking for help on how to do a particular thing.

After raising my concerns with a manager I was shushed and soon after (after
being assured by the CEO that my job was safe) was made redundant.

I would say, find another job, get it, leave and send a letter to the CEO,
Board of Directors etc.

Send it recorded as well, that way you know they get it.
