I was refering to "Applied Cryptography with Source Code in C" Second Edition by Bruce Schnider of counterpane labs not "Handbook of Applied Cryptography" by Alfred J. Menezes et al. However this is a exellent resouce as well. I bought it in dead tree form myself but it's a little expensive....
