         Latvian works too.  I worked for two Latvian-American commodity 
brokers whose tax lawyer brother was in Club Fed in Lompoc, CA.  So they 
brushed up on their Latvian to talk to him during their phone time.  I saw 
the months of letters the Feds were sending, laden with the direst of 
threats if they didn't speak in English.
