Another computer is trying to connect to port 6346 on your computer, but is not
allowed. Please read the ZoneAlarm documents. A quick search on google.com will show
that 6346 is commonly used for bearshare, gnutella, toadnode, and xolox...all P2P
program. If you don't use any of these P2P program you are probably on a dynamic IP,
and your IP recently changed. In which case, the previous user of the IP was running
said program.
