These are Verisign specific... use Thawte and you won't have these issues
and you can get your certs within 2 hours if issue,  where Verisuck may take
up to two weeks... Funny thing is that Verisuck owns Thawte, however Thawte
has a office in NC...

For your cluster or farm simply export and import into the servers that will
be a part of the cluster/farm.

Please note that whenever you deal with SSL and web farms there are 
significant licensing requirements to consider, which would prevent you 
from just replicating the key pair and certificates on your multiple web 
servers. Again this has nothing to do with IIS as such - it is a licensing 
thing - not technical at all.

Verisign's stand on usage of their certificats in multiple web server 
configurations.
